The role

Customer Service Representative: Provides primary customer contact, schedules service, and manages customer expectations through effective communication. Requires strong interpersonal skills, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Word. Post-secondary diploma or degree preferred, with previous customer service experience an asset.
