The role
Lead the design strategy and execution for AI-native experiences that empower scientists, clinicians, and healthcare professionals.
Define AI agent personas and behavioral contracts, emphasizing scientific accuracy, citations, and appropriate confidence levels.
Design for multiple personas and edge cases, ensuring AI supports—not replaces—professional judgment.
Create production-ready specifications, prototypes, and design artifacts while leveraging design systems and domain-specific visualizations.
Conduct ethnographic research and collaborate with engineers and scientists to translate insights into scalable, trusted solutions.
Ensure regulatory compliance, transparency, and trust, accelerating drug discovery and improving patient outcomes.
