The role
Lead and grow the regional environmental practice focused on upland and waterfront site characterization, investigation, and remediation.
Develop and maintain trusted client relationships, serving as a strategic advisor to long-term partners and new business opportunities.
Direct high-visibility projects, ensuring technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful environmental outcomes.
Collaborate with regulators, stakeholders, and teaming partners, clearly communicating complex technical concepts.
Drive growth and profitability across the practice through proactive business development and effective project delivery.
Mentor and lead teams to foster a culture of safety, excellence, and continuous professional development.
