Delivery Partner Manager

Own the end-to-end relationship with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across the contract lifecycle, ensuring performance aligns with service levels, cost targets, and safety standards. Lead commercial discussions, contract variations, and renewals in collaboration with Legal and Finance, and monitor performance against KPIs. Analyse operational and commercial data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement actions, and present clear reports to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Operations, Transport Planning, Finance, Legal and H&S teams to support partner performance and drive continuous improvements. Act as the internal voice for delivery partners while upholding customer outcomes and internal standards, including health and safety compliance. Support onboarding and scaling of partners in line with network strategy, identifying opportunities to improve delivery quality, efficiency, and cost.
