The role
Lead and deliver corporate finance transactions from origination to completion.
Advise clients on M&A, valuations, due diligence, exit strategies, and management buy-outs.
Manage a high-performing team; oversee financial modelling, report writing, and presentation preparation.
Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and client focus.
Contribute to the growth of local and national corporate finance teams with opportunities for advancement.
Candidates should be ACA chartered with 3-4 years post-qualification corporate finance experience and a track record of completed transactions.
