The role
An HR Manager is required for a leading water technology company in Basingstoke, responsible for overseeing all HR activities within the business platform. The role involves partnering with leadership teams to implement HR strategies, support organisational change, and ensure legislative compliance across the UK. The successful candidate will advise managers on employee relations, performance management, and workforce analytics, requiring strong coaching skills and operational experience. Technical expertise should include understanding UK employment law, HRIS systems, and MS Office packages, alongside excellent organisational skills. A degree or equivalent in HR or related discipline is essential, along with a full UK driving licence and proactive, resilient attitude.
