The role
Oversee and continuously improve the cybersecurity control environment, referencing industry standards such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and PCI-DSS.
Evaluate control design, test evidence, and collect artifacts from stakeholders to verify control effectiveness.
Maintain and enhance the cybersecurity controls library and support cross-functional implementation across security domains (Identity and Access Management, Vulnerability Management, Incident Management, etc.).
Coordinate with engineering, security, and audit teams to communicate control requirements and remediation steps.
Operate using modern GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow) for risk management, evidence gathering, and reporting.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in IT Security or related field and 3+ years of IT risk and controls experience; professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CDPSE, CRISC) are preferred.
