The role
As a Senior Backend Engineer on the Content Agents team, you’ll design and ship backend systems powering AI-generated marketing content.
You’ll build APIs, data models, and orchestration layers to keep agents reliable, debuggable, and fast.
You’ll prototype and scale new agent behaviors from quick experiments to production-grade features.
You’ll extend the web layer to connect AI workflows and collaborate with product and design to deliver natural, trustworthy AI experiences.
You’ll focus on reliability, observability, and performance across the stack while delivering features end-to-end.
No prior AI/LLM experience is required; strong backend architecture, curiosity, and product intuition will bring ideas from napkin sketch to production.
