The role
Lead strategic New Product Development projects in electronics metallization and final finish processes.
Plan scope, timeline, budget, and risks while coordinating global R&D and applications teams.
Assemble cross-functional project teams, set milestones, and track technical activities to deliver on time.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies to optimize project outcomes.
Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Management, and R&D to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer.
Maintain portfolio visibility, manage resources, and drive continuous improvement of PM practices.
