The role
Software Engineer:
Design and develop high-quality, scalable software components, collaborating with product managers to translate requirements into well-architected solutions.
Requires 6+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, or similar OO languages, modern front-end frameworks, and automated testing tools.
Experience with AI, data structures, algorithms, and performance/scale considerations is a plus.
Familiarity with relational databases, cloud platforms, and Unix tools is a plus.
Ability to mentor, promote knowledge-sharing, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
