The role
The Senior Accountant handles professional accounting duties across finance, including financial review, forecasting, and data analytics.
Gathers data and prepares accounting and finance reports and summaries to support month-end close and management decisions.
Maintains the General Ledger and performs monthly bank reconciliations, ensuring timely corrections and accuracy.
Manages fixed asset ledgers, depreciation analysis, and capital project budgeting and related charges.
Prepares journal entries, monitors budgeting systems, and analyzes cost of capital, debt financing, and capitalized interest.
Supports capital budget reporting, intercompany matters, and regulatory or lender reporting as required.
