The role
Anyone AI is recruiting skilled Python Developers to work on a project with a leading AI lab. Candidates should have three to seven years of professional software engineering experience and be proficient in Python and JavaScript or TypeScript, with basic knowledge of Java, C#, or Go. Experience in backend or full‑stack development within production systems is required, along with familiarity with testing frameworks such as pytest, Jest, JUnit, or Go testing. Applicants must demonstrate the ability to debug and navigate large, multi‑file codebases, and have experience in code reviews, refactoring, and production migrations. This role involves designing and evaluating software engineering tasks, including bug fixes, feature implementations, testing, and peer review duties, in a remote, project-based consulting capacity. Candidates will control their schedules and provide their own tools, with the option to serve multiple clients concurrently.
