The role
HR Manager: Collaborative leader with 5+ years' experience in employee relations, HR generalist, or similar role. Bachelor's degree in HR or related field required. Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proficient in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting. Ability to travel 20% for resort and clinic visits.
