The role
Deliver accurate, timely accounting services across a dedicated property portfolio in line with contractual obligations and internal SLAs.
Own and reconcile client and property trial balances, resolving discrepancies promptly.
Prepare standard and bespoke financial reports for clients and internal stakeholders, and manage invoicing and funding requests.
Oversee year-end service charge reconciliations, rent postings, and general ledger management, addressing audit queries.
Onboard and offboard properties and clients, coordinate with Property Managers, and provide clear financial updates.
Collaborate with the wider team to resolve unallocated cash items and support client audits and stakeholder calls from an accounting perspective.
