The role
Architect and deliver scalable marketing data platforms and products for real-time and batch analytics.
Lead the design of extensible data pipelines with robust ETL/ELT processes, ensuring security, privacy, and governance.
Leverage big data technologies such as Spark, Hive, Hadoop, Kafka, and cloud services (AWS/Azure) to drive performance at scale.
Integrate AI, ML, and GenAI capabilities to optimize campaigns, personalization, and customer loyalty measurement.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and a culture of innovation across global teams.
Collaborate with product owners, cybersecurity, and partners to explore new data sources and advance data-driven marketing capabilities, in a hybrid work setting.
