The role
Partner with financial professionals to deliver goals-based financial planning and elevate client experiences.
Educate and coach teams on integrating financial planning capabilities into everyday practice.
Collaborate on client discovery and plan presentations; lead or contribute to the development of client plans.
Speak at seminars and webinars, serve as a subject-matter expert on financial planning topics, regulations, and industry updates.
Build trusted relationships with financial professionals, branch managers, and senior leadership to promote planning capabilities and cross-platform offerings.
Act as a bridge to platform solutions, support multiple planning opportunities, travel up to 10-25% per year, and uphold high ethical standards and client-first focus.
