The role
Oversee daily operations in a heavy equipment manufacturing setting, ensuring production targets are met.
Direct a hands-on leadership style for a team of 15, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Monitor key performance indicators, streamline processes, and minimize downtime to maximize throughput.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards through training, audits, and proactive risk management.
Collaborate with maintenance, engineering, and supply chain functions to resolve issues and optimize shop floor performance.
Ideal candidates will have 3-5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience and a solid machine shop background.
