The role
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care for a multi-child assignment in an on-site facility in Philadelphia, PA.
Manage tracheostomy and ventilator support, as well as enteral feeding (G-tubes/J-tubes) for pediatric patients.
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Accurately document clinical notes and medical records while upholding privacy and regulatory standards.
Maintain patient safety, quality outcomes, and adherence to nursing standards and facility policies.
Requires PA RN license and at least 1 year of pediatric tracheostomy/ventilator experience; strong communication and teamwork.
