The role
The programme provides online training in IT support from recognised providers such as CompTIA, Microsoft and Cisco, delivered via multimedia content. Participants gain practical experience through hands-on training and prepare for the CompTIA A+ exams, an industry-standard entry-level certification. Upon completion, trainees are eligible for guaranteed job placements in entry-level IT roles across the UK, with potential salaries between £25,000 and £35,000. The training can be completed at an individual’s own pace over three months, whether full-time, part-time, or while unemployed. The course requires a fee of £795 or 13 interest-free monthly payments of £68, and no prior experience is necessary. Suitable for those seeking a career change or entry into the IT support industry.
