Human Resources Advisor, HEO (Perm) - Liverpool/Newport
Provide dedicated HR advisory support to managers and staff on absence, conduct, capability, grievances, and broader employee relations. Lead and support on complex, sensitive casework, guiding managers through policies to ensure legally compliant decisions. Deliver HR projects and policy development from concept through implementation and embedding improved approaches. Use HR data and systems to analyse trends and produce workforce insights for senior leaders to drive decisions. Build and maintain strong relationships with managers, staff and union representatives, fostering an inclusive culture and wellbeing. Support workforce planning and succession planning in line with organisational priorities and skills gaps.
