Principal Machine Learning Engineer - Evisort AI

As a Principal Machine Learning Engineer, you will lead the development of ML-driven features for contract intelligence and document understanding, focusing on delivering tailored user experiences through LLMs, knowledge graphs, and personalization. You will collaborate with software engineers to deploy training, inference pipelines, and lifecycle management for ML models across the product ecosystem, leveraging cloud infrastructure and scalable data platforms. You will own the end-to-end ML lifecycle with emphasis on quality, security, observability, and performance, including model monitoring, evaluation, and iteration. You will bring a product mindset and strong ownership, challenging assumptions and driving improvements across the development lifecycle, sprint planning, and roadmap execution. You will mentor and guide ML engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver measurable value to customers.
