The role
A legal professional with approximately 7 to 10 years of experience is sought to provide strategic legal advice on commercial, corporate, and operational matters at Vale Base Metals in Toronto. This role involves drafting and negotiating a broad range of agreements related to metals transactions, corporate transactions, and technological initiatives. The candidate will support exploration and project development activities while advising on governance, compliance, and risk management.
