The role
Drive growth for a portfolio of themed, consumer-facing experiences through strategic planning and rigorous financial modeling.
Lead long-range planning and in-market execution across multiple regions, optimizing reach and guest satisfaction against targets.
Develop and manage business models and P&Ls to scale initiatives, with attention to operational and financial impact.
Apply market research and competitive analyses to inform prioritization, product development, and go-to-market decisions.
Collaborate with Content, Marketing, and operations to shape strategy, and prepare clear memos and presentations for stakeholders.
Must be a self-starter who communicates clearly, thrives in ambiguity, and combines qualitative insights with quantitative rigor.
