The role
Responsible for complex mechanical, electrical, and field construction activities in mission-critical facilities.
Develops budget estimates for M/E systems based on program and schematic design information.
Reviews options, conducts system analyses, and proposes value engineering solutions.
Coordinates M/E scopes during the bid process and participates in subcontractor selection.
Develops sequencing, scheduling inputs, and quality control plans to ensure a timely, safe delivery.
Prepares and executes commissioning plans, pre-functional checklists, and functional testing.
