The role
Advise on corporate governance matters, board processes, and public company disclosures.
Support SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, proxy statements) and monitor evolving securities laws.
Lead or support M&A activities including due diligence, deal structuring, and drafting purchase agreements.
Draft, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial contracts and procurement agreements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EHS, finance, tax, HR, compliance) and coordinate with external counsel.
Deliver training, contribute to process improvements, and manage risk while enabling business growth.
