The role
We are looking for a senior content writer who can both craft compelling marketing copy and design AI-driven conversations that feel natural.
Draft and refine response libraries for chatbots and virtual assistants to ensure a helpful, human-like brand voice.
Produce high-quality long-form content such as articles, white papers, and case studies that establish industry thought leadership.
Leverage AI writing tools and prompt engineering to scale content without compromising brand integrity.
Create UX micro-copy for app interfaces and user journeys to reduce friction and improve conversion rates.
Maintain and evolve the brand's style guide while collaborating across teams to align content strategy with product goals.
