The role
Lead hypothesis generation and validation to uncover opportunities and drive enhancements in customer experience and KPIs.
Design, execute and interpret A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor, including cohort analyses.
Develop automated data workflows and dashboards to monitor test performance and data lineage.
Communicate findings with concise storytelling to stakeholders and translate results into actionable recommendations.
Collaborate with Product Owners to optimize user experience and drive product KPI development and evolution.
Qualifications include 3+ years in data analytics, SQL/HQL, ETL, data modeling, and experience with Hadoop/Spark/Presto and data visualization tools.
