The role
A People Development Manager in Dundee is responsible for implementing learning and development strategies, leading leadership initiatives, managing onboarding and trainee programmes, and supporting talent and succession planning. The role involves enhancing manager capabilities through coaching, overseeing learning systems, and fostering external partnerships. Candidates should possess proven experience in learning and development, preferably within professional services, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. A CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent is preferred. The position reports to the Head of People and requires a proactive approach to organisational growth and employee engagement.
