The role
Lead engineering teams to design, build, and ship high-performance Spring Boot microservices for enterprise-grade platforms.
Architect scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and multi-database integrations.
Drive AI-enabled transformations by integrating LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) and orchestrating agentic workflows with LangChain, LangGraph, and Autogen.
Own DevOps and CI/CD pipelines with Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, ArgoCD, and robust observability (Prometheus, Grafana).
Collaborate with product, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver secure, performant and cost-optimized solutions.
Mentor engineers, enforce coding standards, and lead architectural reviews in an agile, hybrid work environment.
