The role
Lead the software engineering team to architect and deliver high-performance Spring Boot microservices for scalable, mission-critical platforms.
Architect an Agentic AI Platform, integrating LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini) with LangChain, LangGraph, and Autogen to enable autonomous workflows.
Deliver distributed, fault-tolerant services using Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, and MySQL with REST and gRPC APIs for frontend React/GraphQL.
Drive DevOps and reliability with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions), observability (Prometheus, Grafana) and security tooling.
Collaborate with US-based teams, product and ML engineers to shape the platform roadmap and enforce coding standards through design reviews.
Hybrid role requiring strong ownership, continuous improvement, and openness to AI framework innovations and open source contributions.
