Responsible for delivering patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Directs and coordinates nursing care based on clinical standards. Collaborates with other disciplines for effective patient care. Utilizes knowledge of patient diversity for care delivery. Contributes to quality patient care through performance improvement techniques.
