The role
A physical therapist in this role performs in-home evaluations and develops personalised care plans to improve clients' strength, balance, and mobility. They provide skilled interventions and educate clients and their families on exercises and safety in the home environment. The position involves documenting care using mobile electronic medical records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Skills required include an active state PT licence, a recognised degree in physiotherapy, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Experience is preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply, with a focus on compassionate, client-centred care.
