The role
Clinical interface between the medical community and the business side for CRM products.
Provide comprehensive engineering, sales, educational, and clinical support to field inquiries.
Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
Develop, lead, and deliver training sessions for healthcare professionals on CRM offerings.
Support sales teams with technical and clinical insights while collaborating with engineers, vendors, and customers.
Requires knowledge of cardiology/electrophysiology, cath lab/OR procedures, and cardiac pacing systems; field-based in San Antonio with relevant degree and CRM certification.
