The role
Lead and guide a team of operators on assigned shifts, fostering accountability and high performance.
Ensure deployment schedules are met and promptly communicate delays; monitor break/rotation adherence.
Act as the primary liaison between the team and management during your shift, delivering clear feedback.
Handle escalations, resolve tickets, and proactively address operational roadblocks.
Support the Robot Operations accountability process and maintain accurate documentation of escalations and performance.
Apply strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced robotics environment.
