The role
Provide executive-level leadership for multiple high-rise affordable housing projects, aligning with schedules, budgets, and client expectations.
Evaluate project documents for completeness, design intent, constructability, and regulatory compliance, securing clarifications as needed.
Develop project execution strategies, oversee preconstruction planning, and coordinate estimating, scheduling, and procurement.
Monitor budgets and financial performance, implementing proactive measures to prevent overruns and maximize profitability.
Lead coordination of schedules, logistics, safety protocols, and quality control, while mentoring project managers and field teams.
Ensure permits and regulatory requirements are secured, manage risk, review shop drawings and change orders, and conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned.
