The role
Provide the full range of strategic and hands-on HR support to internal client groups to drive organizational growth.
Act as a change agent, shaping and implementing HR strategies, programs, and policies aligned with business goals.
Partner with leaders to execute HR initiatives, develop talent, and enhance workforce effectiveness in a manufacturing environment.
Lead and contribute to project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery and measurable outcomes.
Travel up to 20% to support business needs and collaborate with cross-site teams with professionalism and energy.
Requirements include 5-10 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, manufacturing HR preferred, strong communication, a bachelor’s degree, and SHRM certification is highly preferred.
