The role
Create reports, tools, and standardized metrics for operational measurement using Excel and Power BI.
Dive into data with SQL to identify trends and inform improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map processes and close systematic gaps.
Identify operational inefficiencies and develop tools and strategies to mitigate business risk.
Own data integrity and contribute to scalable data infrastructure for ad-hoc and department reporting.
