The role
Define and monitor success metrics to measure product growth, identify gaps, and forecast performance.
Apply quantitative analysis, data mining, and experimentation to develop optimization strategies.
Quantify the impact of strategies through causal inference and deep-dive analyses across dimensions.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to influence and execute data-driven product strategies.
Communicate insights clearly and translate analysis into actionable business decisions.
Open to final-year PhD candidates or recent graduates in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, CS, or Data Science with Python/SQL/R proficiency and strong statistical methods.
