The role
Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end AI/ML systems for a new global consumer product.
Shape model architectures and experiment with frontier models, defining training and inference stacks.
Own data quality, synthetic data pipelines, and alignment/safety guardrails.
Develop rigorous evaluation frameworks for performance, robustness, and bias.
Drive scalability with distributed training, GPU optimization, and low-latency inference.
Operate with a founder's mindset, setting engineering standards and guiding product direction.
