The role
Own the end-to-end search quality by building real-time, large-scale ML systems that enhance the search experience.
Develop query understanding, result ranking, and query recommendation using NLP and information retrieval techniques.
Design and deploy robust core components with a focus on reliability and scalable inference.
Provide technical leadership, drive strategy, and mentor teammates to raise the bar on quality and delivery.
Collaborate with product and engineering peers to translate business goals into ML-powered solutions.
Required skills include ML and NLP expertise, distributed systems experience, and proficiency in Python, C++, Java, or Go.
