The role
The HR Generalist Intern supports HR operations under the guidance of the HR Director.
Assist with recruitment activities and contribute to efficient onboarding of new hires.
Help administer benefits programs and maintain accurate employee records.
Support employee relations initiatives and assist with policy implementation.
Contribute to payroll processing, workers' compensation, and employment law compliance tasks.
Participate in HR projects prioritizing data accuracy and timely communications.
