The role
Provide accurate English–Spanish interpretation in courtrooms and official settings.
Convey complex legal and medical terminology with clarity for all participants.
Translate official documents and assist non-English speakers with forms and filings.
Oversee per diem interpreting services when not actively interpreting and perform clerical tasks as needed.
Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity in high-stakes environments.
Support career development by meeting civil service exam requirements and pursuing permanent appointment when eligible.
