The role
Lead data-driven insights across multiple retail domains by building advanced statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and AI solutions aligned to business initiatives.
Direct data collection, validate data quality, and transform data into large analytics datasets to support project goals.
Lead a team of Data Scientists to solve Global Sourcing problems using advanced machine learning and Generative AI, ensuring on-time delivery.
Apply big data analytics to identify trends, patterns, and discrepancies, and determine additional data needs to support insights.
Build, train, deploy, and maintain AI/ML models for current and future projects, emphasising production readiness and scalability.
Communicate recommendations to business partners and influence strategic plans based on insights, adopting an agile, product-minded approach.
