Pre-Construction Manager
Lead two-stage pre-construction and tender activities for a portfolio of regional civils projects, ensuring safety, sustainability, and value. Formulate and drive the pre-construction strategy from initial development to conversion into construction contracts. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams to produce timely designs, programmes, cost plans, and written tender responses. Assess commercial attractiveness, identify risks and opportunities, and report conclusions to senior management. Engage with clients and stakeholders to build strong relationships and influence winning strategies. Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams with clear governance, and support bid strategy and client interviews.
