The role
Support production on the shop floor by loading and unloading materials and assisting machine operators with tools and supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
Assist with basic assembly, packaging, and sorting tasks as directed by supervisors.
Follow safety protocols and consistently use personal protective equipment.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report malfunctions to keep lines running smoothly.
Support inventory by organizing supplies and participating in stock counts; stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
