The role
Plan, host, and oversee onsite events and ministry activities to care for residents and foster community.
Plan two monthly events aimed at connection, service, and local partnership engagement.
Build and lead a volunteer network, manage event budgets, and create marketing materials.
Provide a caring touch and radical hospitality to residents and staff, including outreach to new movers.
Develop online trust and reputation by encouraging resident feedback and social media sharing.
Require weekly availability, with evenings and weekends typical, plus ability to lift supplies and transport materials.
