The role
The role involves providing independent assurance on major heavy civils construction projects, including inspection against drawings and specifications, supporting site supervisors, and monitoring safety, quality, progress, and productivity. The manager inspects works, reviews documentation, maintains records, and escalates risks to ensure construction standards are met. Candidates should have experience in reinforced concrete, bridges, highways or earthworks, and skills in interpreting technical documents. Required qualifications include SMSTS and a valid CSCS card, with the ability to commute to Coleshill daily. The position offers long-term security, exposure to complex infrastructure, and progression opportunities within the civil engineering sector.
