The role
An E & I Construction Lead in Aberdeen is responsible for managing construction projects, liaising with clients, developing project capabilities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. They lead bid contributions, project planning, cost estimation, and resource management while overseeing offshore and onsite activities. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and experience in delivering complex energy industry projects. The candidate must have relevant NVQ or City and Guild qualifications and extensive team leadership experience. Work involves offshore travel, on-site presence, and acting as a Director of Appointed Work when necessary.
