The role
An HRIS Test Lead is responsible for developing and executing test strategies across all project phases, including unit, system, integration, and user acceptance testing. They coordinate testing activities with HR, IT teams, and external vendors, managing test environments, data, and defect tracking. The role involves validating system functionality, integrations, and compliance, while monitoring risks and issues. They collaborate with process owners and vendors, providing training and support during user acceptance testing and serving as a main contact for testing queries and escalations. Candidates should possess HRIS testing experience, strong HR process knowledge, and familiarity with test management tools, with ISTQB certification preferred.
