The role
Accurately and efficiently process revenue and receivables as part of the revenue team.
Maintain detailed, organized financial records and utilize accounting software to manage data.
Provide clear communication with patients and families regarding billing and payment inquiries.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate, timely processing of financial information and address outstanding balances.
Identify discrepancies, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations.
Drive process improvements, support revenue optimization initiatives, and deliver exceptional customer service.
